QUESTIONNAIRE:

1.        Is B v B:

(a)        A new precedent for the presumption of equality?
(b)        A new precedent for achieving a fair outcome?
(c)        Neither – it raises no new point of principle.

2.        Where essential facts are in dispute in an ancillary relief matter:

(a)        The judge should base his/her decision solely upon the oral evidence of the parties.
(b)        The judge should undertake a full investigation of the evidence.

telling the truth.

3.        How should prenuptial agreements be treated by the courts:

(a)        They should be completely disregarded.

(a)        The country in which the children are habitually resident.
